Children's talking, thinking and reasoning are, by definition, immature. They are often inconsistent. Their thinking can be arbitrary, simple and naïve. These qualities of children and youth are not in themselves wrong -- they are the result of the fact that human beings do not spring from the womb fully formed in body or mind. Even Jesus had to grow in wisdom and stature.
