I've always thought I never had pets and that's why I never posted here before. However, now I recall that I did have some pets in the past. They were fish, not pet fish but wild fish.

I know it's weird to have wild fish as pets but that was the case for me. It all started when a friend of mine had a small pool in his front yard where he used to keep some wild fish as pets. They were big enough to attract curious guys like me. Every day I used to go at his place and stare at those fish.

Then, one day I asked mom to buy some pet fish but her answer was NO! So, I decided to get some wild fish by myself. I took my mountain bike, went to a river in the neighborhoods and brought home about 30 wild fish. They were only about 5-10 centimeters in length and I was already dreaming of them growing big as the ones at my friend's place.

However, I had no experience with fish or any pet before but I thought I would be able to manage. I dropped them in my pool and I even put some water flowers in it so that there won't be the need to buy food for them.

During the first three days I was so happy and proud of my fish that I spent hours playing with them. Then, about a week later, I couldn't even see them through the water because it already turned green. So, I thought I would need to recycle the water and I drained some of the water. However, not only the water got drained but the fish too. I immediately went to fetch a large recipient in which to put them but when I returned back I saw my aunt's dog eating the last fish.
